EXPERIENCED Drivers with 3 month solo driving no training is required.

PAY INCENTIVES- CPM $045- $0.68 all drivers receives layover and detention pay 
 

RECENT GRADUATES **Start with Paid Training – Roll into Your Own Route**

* Paid on-the-road training for new grads (3 weeks average)
* Drive alongside an experienced mentor who puts safety and comfort first
* After training: Get your own truck, your own route, and CPM pay
*After 3 Months On The Road:*
* Eligible for Dedicated Lanes
* Consistent miles and freight

BASIC REQUIREMENTS
 Must have Valid CDL A with clean MVR

Home time Expectations -  Sat/Sun 2 days off for resets
Experienced drivers with 3 month solo time may be home each week for 34-48 hours resets.
New drivers are mostly out for 10-12 days home for 2 days on Sat/Sun
